- Horbaf -
Horbaf was a son of Kheops. The name of his mother is not known. He is perhaps identical with the Baefre on a Middle Kingdom graffito in the Wadi el-Fawakhir, that lists this name together with the names of Kheops, Djedefre, Khefren and Hordjedef.
The same name, Baefre, also appears in the story recorded on the Papyrus Westcar as the name of one of the sons of Kheops. It is not certain that this Baefre is identical with the king Bakare listed in some Kinglists and mentioned by Manetho.
Horbaf may perhaps have been married to his (half ?) sister Meresankh II. He held the title of vizier and he was buried in mastaba number 7310-7320 in Giza.
