Meresankh II was a daughter of Kheops. Her mother probably was Meretites. She is believed by some to have been married to her (half ?) brother Horbaf, another son of Kheops. She may have been the mother of prince Djati and princess Nefertkau.
She was buried in Giza mastaba G7410B. Her sarcophagus is now on exhibit in the Boston Museum.
