Neferhetepes was a daughter of Djedefre. Her mother is often assumed to have been a woman named Khentet-en-ka.
She is believed by some to have been the mother of Userkaf, the first king of the 5th Dynasty. It is not known to whom she was married and whether or not she had any other children besides Userkaf.
